Why this, why now

I keep running the same loop:

    • Building products with AI at the core
    • Wrestling with TypeScript, Python, and Go
    • Trying to make the products actually grow instead of just looking flashy

I keep thinking these attempts should not stay locked in my head.

So this blog is how I express it:

    • Force myself to write down what I learn about AI, business, and indie products
    • Share concrete cases instead of vague motivation
    • Build a small corner for people who care about this stuff

I am not starting because I have figured it out—I am starting because I have not, and I want to document while I go.

    Who I hope gathers here

    • You build things (or want to): apps, tools, scripts, services
    • You are curious whether AI is useful in the real world, not just in hype or papers
    • You care about software and business together: pricing, funnels, retention—not just clean code
    • You like peeking behind the curtain: failed launches, messy dashboards, real trade-offs

    The vibe I want:

    • Less “thought leader,” more fellow builder leaving you long voice notes
    • Less polished essays, more honest breakdowns, experiments, and failures
    • Normal to talk about what worked, what was wasted effort, and what we will change next

I hope it becomes a small, nerdy, high-signal community of people who ship, share, and help each other avoid obvious cliffs.

    What you can expect

    Topics

    • AI and product: how I use LLMs in real products—prompts, architectures, failure cases, bright spots
    • Indie dev and entrepreneurship: validating ideas, shipping fast, moving through uncertainty, small bets vs big bets
    • Engineering notes: React/Next.js production patterns; Python/Go for backends, automation, and glue; deployment and monitoring

    Cadence

    • Target one post per week, depth-dependent
    • Shorter field notes when I find something useful
    • Longer stories when there is a full arc from idea -> launch -> results
    • Prioritizing signal and sustainability over volume

    Free vs paid

    • If I ever add a paid tier, it would focus on deep case studies, build logs, or small-group AMAs, and I will keep it straightforward.
